Flowline

Know when a lead flow breaks before a customer has to tell you.

A focused integrity watch for one webhook to Google Sheets lead flow. It sends a synthetic test, checks that the record arrived, and alerts when it did not.

Lead Flow Integrity Watch
PASS

PASS
PASS result

PASS: The same synthetic test ID was found in Google Sheets.

How the watch works

The watch begins at the target webhook. It checks one synthetic TEST record without touching real lead data.

  1. 1

    Send a synthetic canary

A unique TEST only payload is posted to the configured target webhook.

  2. 2

    Allow the workflow to run

A short delay gives the target automation time to write the record.

  3. 3

    Look for the same ID

Google Sheets is checked for the unique canary ID.

  4. 4

    Pass or alert

Found means PASS. Missing or lookup failure reaches Gmail.

Webhook level only. Browser and embedded form failures are outside scope.

Verified behavior

Proof across both outcomes

The watch was tested against both outcomes: a record arriving correctly in Google Sheets and a missing record triggering a Gmail alert.

A narrow watch for one important lead flow

The paid pilot is configured around one existing webhook to Google Sheets workflow.

Included

  • Synthetic TEST canary
  • Unique ID lookup
  • PASS and alert routing
  • One Gmail alert recipient
  • Controlled success and failure tests
  • Configuration and handoff notes

Not included

  • Browser or embedded form monitoring
  • Real lead reconciliation
  • Exactly once or concurrency guarantees
  • Retries, escalation, or SLA design
  • Production reliability or ROI claims

Best fit

Small teams using n8n, a webhook, Google Sheets, and Gmail that want a focused warning when one lead path does not reach its destination.

Would a silent lead flow failure be expensive to discover late?

Share the existing flow and expected destination. I’ll outline a scoped paid pilot with explicit acceptance criteria.
